A member of the California Bar since 1979, Scott has amassed a wealth of knowledge in a variety of fields. Before starting his law practice, Scott worked for ten years as an international business consultant in Hong Kong. Experienced in multiple Silicon Valley corporate start-ups, Scott is well-versed in the legal aspects of technology development and ownership. This has given him an understanding of the nuanced approach one needs when handling legal matters in today’s fast paced business world.
Having spent six years starting and operating businesses in Europe, Scott is well acquainted with viewing the proceedings with an objective perspective to suit the client’s needs. It is this perspective which makes Scott an invaluable partner when dealing with your legal concerns. An important part of being effective in the courtroom is seeing the issues from a legal perspective that others do not. Whether in family court, probate court, or civil matters Scott meticulously analyses every case for his clients – discovering information and strategies that often elude less experienced lawyers.
